From online training plans to one-on-one personal training in your own home, we'll customize a plan to work for you. We train many individuals over the internet, using email and skype contact as means for communication. We also train people in the comfort of their own homes. Pricing plans differ based on the clients needs.

  • Fitness Training and Weight Loss

    • One-on-one personal fitness training
    • Complete instruction in the use of free weights and all types of exercise equipment
    • Custom designed workout programs, individually tailored to suit YOUR body and YOUR goals
    • Aerobic/Cardiovascular guidance
    • Fitness consultating and assessments, including balance, flexibility and strength and nutritional evaluation
    • Nutritionist referrals when necessary
  • Sport-Specific (High School and Collegiate athletes)

    • Specific ability and approach assessment
    • Strength, stretching and specific core work
    • Balance, agility and form-oriented drill work specifically based on athletes needs and goals
    • Custom designed workout programs, specific to supplement the current coach/trainers plan
    • Nutritionist referrals when necessary
  • Triathlon

    • Review athlete's triathlon race and training history and current goals
    • Establish training objectives to meet these goals
    • Identify personal strengths, weaknesses and compensations within each triathlon discipline
    • Design a periodized training program including heart rate, weight training, and pacing
    • Help faciliate proper training tailored to family/work schedule
    • Continual review of workouts and performances to assess progress
  • Running

    • Review athlete's running history and goals (5k- Marathon)
    • Establish training objectives to meet these goals
    • Identify personal strengths, weaknesses and compensations
    • Design a periodized training program including heart rate, weight training, and pacing
    • Help faciliate proper training tailored to family/work schedule
    • Continual review of workouts and performances to assess progress
  • Ultra Running

    • Review athlete's running history and goals (Marathon + distances)
    • Establish training objectives or races with plan to meet these goals
    • Identify personal strengths, weaknesses and compensations
    • Design a periodized training program including heart rate, weight training, nutrition, and pacing
    • Help faciliate proper training tailored to family/work schedule
    • Continual review of workouts and performances to assess progress
  • Barefoot Running

    • Review athlete's running history and goals
    • Establish client goals with respect to barefooting and map out plan for success
    • One-on-one form and gait analysis
    • Aerobic/Ccardiovascular guidance
    • Continual review of workouts and performances to assess progress and ensure progress is injury-free
